Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase.

 

This "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" covers all jewelry.

To take advantage of this guarantee, your piece of jewelry must be unaltered and in its original packaging. 

 

An estimate for restoration will be made for any jewelry that has been worn and shows signs of damage. The amount of the estimate will be deducted from your refund.

 

A refund will be issued within 2 (two) weeks of the return and evaluation of the piece of jewelry.

 

Exclusions to the "Satisfied or 30-Day Money Back Guarantee" policy

 

Pieces of jewelry that have been modified or altered.

 

The personalized pieces of jewelry with engraving or photoengraving on the setting can neither be exchanged nor refunded.

 

How to proceed with a return?

 

We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges, ring resizing, or repairs.

 

We will cover all shipping costs of the piece of jewelry if defective.

 

The Customer will be responsible for shipping costs in case of a refund of the piece of jewelry.

 

Any returned jewelry will need to be insured for the "declared value" as specified in your invoice (UPS) or (fedex).
